Safari Overview
This is where all of your planning becomes a reality: your safari starts now. Tanzania is such a wonderful country when it comes to wildlife and beautiful landscapes. After we greet you and answer any questions you might have, we’ll take great pleasure in taking you out and showing you what we mean.
Pretty Iringa has plenty to enjoy while you’re here. The world- class museum, historic rock art and deeply significant archaeological sites scattered around the town are just the start. You can also enjoy the many places to stay and eat and a busy market as you rest here in Tanzania’s Southern Highlands.
Dar es Salaam
Many safaris begin or end here, and you’ll appreciate the chance to visit the city’s museums, swim at one of its beaches, or spend time in a good restaurant or busy market.
Explore Ruaha National Park

Pick up from Dar Es Salaam and drive to Iringa town. It will take a whole day about 8 hours to drive to Iringa from Dar. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will have dinner and a good rest.
Tomorrow you will embark on your journey to Ruaha National Park for a full-day game drive.

It's time for you to go on a guided game drive in Ruaha National Park this morning. No matter how many times you go, you'll never grow tired of the experience.
Today you will have a full day game drive exploring this majestic park. You can opt to do a walking safari at an additional cost.

It's time for you to go on a guided game drive in Ruaha National Park this morning.
Another full day in Ruaha National Park. You can opt to explore the park on foot with an armed range (extra cost) should apply.
Having two full days in Ruaha gives you a great chance to spot the big 4 available in southern parks.

Put on some warm clothes and enjoy an early morning game drive. This is the perfect time to experience the wildlife and the landscapes they inhabit. The light is soft and warm – perfect for photography – and most animals are out and about, and active. If you’re not an early riser, you’ll definitely want to make an exception here.
Activity Day 4 Early Morning
Your early morning game drive in Ruaha National Park will quickly become the favorite part of your safari day, with animals out and active.
Later you will drive to Iringa for dinner and an overnight.

Activity Day 5 Full Day
Transfer by Road from Iringa Town to Dar es Salaam
In the morning after breakfast, you will start your journey back to Dar Es Salaam.
Drop-off is at any hotel that you have booked.
